Beyond her professional expertise, Catina is deeply committed to her community. She has been an active member of the local Lions Club for over 20 years and has passionately operated a local dog rescue since 2010.
When she isn’t helping clients navigate complex paperwork or finding forever homes for rescue pups, Catina loves traveling to Florida to spend time with her two children and seven grandchildren.

Jamie Scheidemantel’s legal career began not in a classroom, but through personal experience. Years ago, while navigating her own difficult divorce as a stay-at-home mother of three, her strong self-advocacy caught the attention of her attorney, who offered her a job.
After gaining hands-on experience working for a local Ridgecrest family law attorney, Jamie transformed her career. She earned her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing her law degree.
Today at Rescue Me Legal Docs, Jamie brings deep practical knowledge and genuine empathy to the team. Having sat on the other side of the desk, she is dedicated to helping clients find clarity.
She is highly experienced in accurately preparing documents for family law matters, including divorces, custody, and restraining orders, alongside small claims, name changes, and adoptions.
Kathy Fuentes serves as an Office Assistant with Rescue Me Legal Docs, providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
She assists with scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, maintaining office records, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
As a bilingual team member fluent in both English and Spanish, Kathy helps clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the document preparation process. Known for her warm personality and dedication to helping others, she is committed to providing a welcoming and positive experience for every client.
